Youth Academy is the sole product and only service offering of Techsops. Techsops does not provide services to other clients or operate other commercial products. By accessing and using Youth Academy, you acknowledge that Techsops is the exclusive owner and operator of this platform and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.

2. Techsops Company Structure and Youth Academy Ownership

Techsops is a dedicated technology company established exclusively to develop, manage, and operate the Youth Academy educational platform. Techsops owns Youth Academy in its entirety. We are not a software agency, consulting firm, or multi-client service provider. Youth Academy represents our sole business focus, our only product offering, and our complete organizational commitment. Every aspect of Techsops—our team, resources, expertise, and infrastructure—exists exclusively for the purpose of developing and operating Youth Academy. This exclusive focus ensures that Youth Academy receives dedicated attention, continuous improvement, and long-term commitment from Techsops.

3. Account Registration and Responsibility

To use Youth Academy, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Not share your account with others

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Youth Academy for any unlawful or prohibited purposes, including but not limited to:

• Harassing, threatening, or defaming others
• Uploading or sharing offensive, abusive, or inappropriate content
• Attempting to access unauthorized areas of the platform

The Youth Academy platform itself is the proprietary product and property of Techsops. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use Youth Academy for educational purposes only. All platform content, code, architecture, and design are the exclusive intellectual property of Techsops as the owner and developer of this platform.

6. User-Generated Content

Any content you submit, post, or display on Youth Academy ("User Content") grants Techsops a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content for operating and improving the platform. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the User Content you submit.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Techsops shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use Youth Academy, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for using the platform, if any.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Youth Academy is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Techsops makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the platform, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Techsops, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of Youth Academy, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights.

10. Suspension and Termination

Techsops reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to Youth Academy at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or any applicable law. Upon termination, your right to use Youth Academy immediately ceases.

Youth Academy may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience only. Techsops is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these third-party sites. Your use of third-party websites is at your own risk and subject to their terms and conditions.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lahore, Pakistan.

13. Modifications to Terms

Techsops reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Youth Academy platform. Your continued use of Youth Academy after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms regularly to stay informed of any changes.
